They were excellent.

The dealership was more than helpful with any initial information that we asked for before we made the drive to their lot. We had asked for clarification on a couple of the pictures online (lighting made it look like the vehicle was damaged). The salesperson took the time to make a fresh video of the vehicle, being careful to make it very easy to see that the vehicle was not damaged at all. I thank them for that. All interaction with the individuals at the dealership was very friendly and personal. It was a good buying experience. I would recommend them for your next purchase.

I reserved a car to test drive and it was no where to be found. They didn't even have my reservation saved. Disappointed. Trying to test drive anything took 2 hours. Waste of time.

Got back to me right away but then was a very hit and Miss. I was very interested in vehicle and even sent my vehicle as a trade but never got any word back. Seller stated they couldn’t hold vehicle and then sold it. Felt there could have been more immediacy on dealers part, but understand if they already had it sold or someone got on it.

Horrible experience. 7 days of emails with 4 different people just to get basic questions answered (does the vehicle have this option, what is the warranty, etc). All they were concerned about was me coming in to test drive. Price of the vehicle changed every 2 days online as I kept track for the duration. When I spoke to someone they gave me a higher price than what was shown online. Very shady. Would not recommend.
