"Dont really think they want to sell any cars. Found there ad on ebay and called the number with the listing. Called this same number a minimum of six times, always got a non-business like recording. So got online, found the dealer and a different phone number. Called this number, asked to talk to a pre-owned salesperson, and was put on hold so long that I was eventually cut off. I called back, and it happened again. So I waited until the next day and tried again. This time I got to speak to someone, and I was really excited. I asked him to give me a value for my trade, before I drove two+ hours to the dealership. Just a rough idea, a range maybe. Wouldn't hold him to it. Just an idea. His response was no, I should do it myself on thier website. That was enough. I decided that Toyota of Bedford was not the the dealership for me. And the number I was calling originally with no answer? It was another salemans cell phone, who never answers. Go figure."
