"I made an inquiry about a vehicle I was interested in through CarGurus and was contacted by Cars Direct. The vehicle I inquired about was as they described in their ad. We were allowed to test drive without interference by the Sales Staff. Our discussions with the Sales Staff went easy and friendly. They got the vehicle and paperwork done and we went home in about a total of two hours time with a real nice pre owned vehicle. "The service was terrible, associate was pushy, the honda that i had been looking forward to seeing and was looking to really purchase was nothing like the description. The AC did not work, the battery was dead and couldn't even crank the car, the temp needle on dashboard was broken and would not move, paintjob was rusting away. Overall poor-terrible experience. Would NOT recommend !!!!!!"
