RAM dealerships near me (Van Nuys, CA)

Trash. Came in to purchase a truck. Walked up to help desk, said I’d like to see a particular truck. They respond “phone number”. I say no thank you, I’d just like to look at the truck. They say well that’s the process. I say ok and leave as they laugh about it. They’re also still adding $4k markups on their trucks. Just another shady pack of scumbags disguised as a car dealer. I look forward to the day all dealers told and we deal direct with the manufacturers.

They answered me that the vehicle was still available.

Dealership not very responsive. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I sent several texts and emails. Vehicle was sold to someone else. Very disappointing!

I ultimately bought a car elsewhere, but the staff were great. Shawn was helpful. I bought at a different dealership only because the car had more or the features that I was looking for.

Offered me 8k for my trade-in but would not adjust the price on the 2012 ram. They also try selling the truck at a higher price then what was advertised.
