RAM dealerships near me (Chicago, IL)

I requested an OTD price and they said I would have to go to Dealership for that. I informed them I will not visit a dealership until we agree on an OTD price. No response from them.

The person I talked to on the phone and email to get information about this car was great. June was amazing. However the sales representative we purchased the car from was awful. Billy was a horrible person to deal with. He was talking bad things about June for being off that day. Very unprofessional. He won’t stop talking trying to sell us the car even though we let him know several times that we were ready to purchase the car. Just wasting our time. He lied about the warranty and the time we will going to start doing the monthly payments. He lied about taking our Sion to get a better offer/rate. We found out he lied once we were singing the paperwork. Billy is a very untrustworthy person. Very lousy sales agent and he shouldn’t be managing anyone or anything. He also said we would get two keys. Then he said he would send them in the mail. We’re still waiting for that second key…

They were Very wonderful. Fast, attentive, patient, reasonable and kind. Very nice agents over there clean atmosphere beautiful showroom. About the business they are. I plan to go back to see the rest of inventory
