Horrible! It took 4 days for them to send me the photos of the car. They had one std manufacturer’s photo online that did not even look like the vehicle. The car salesman, Hamlet, was your typical ‘used car salesman’ - and I don’t mean that in a good way. He didn’t bother to read my complete texts/emails, and disregarded what I was asking. I would NEVER recommend this car dealer.

I was disappointed with this location. I reached out as soon as I seen this vehicle listed. I was told that vehicle wasnt ready yet but as soon as it was available I'd be notified. I reached out to ask if we could just go ahead with the credit apps and I was told sure but didnt hear anything after that. Today I recieved a message letting me know the vehicle was pretty much sold but if deal doesnt go through I'd be notified. That was not the original conversation.

Not very good. We went in with a pre approval from BA . When it came time to do final paperwork they told us that BA wanted us to show proof of income. They wanted us to switch us to a bank that they did business with at a higher rate. We said no and walked away. When we contacted BA they said they never made any such request. When they give you a approval letter there should be no more questions asked. They gave us a new approval letter and told us to go to another dealer.
