Smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Salesmen and finance manager were friendly and not pushy at all. And in this current environment of cars being overpriced, they actually negotiated with me and we were able to agree on a fair price below MSRP.

I inquired about a specific vehicle and Tylea reached out to me, I informed her that my credit was not the best and I only had a specific amount to spend. I visited this dealership after being assured that the vehicle I wanted was still available and they could help me even with my situation. I spent 6 hours in a dealership with my 10 month baby and left with NO CAR. I was told the vehicle I specifically came for was sold, I was asked to put more money down even after I specifically stated I had a certain amount, went through this whole process of finding a vehicle that best suited me, approved me and had me purchase insurance just to turn around and tell me that the vehicle I was approved for will not pass the inspection. Then tried to tell me if I waited some days that a vehicle could be purchased at an auction for me. Livid isn’t the word for how I am feeling right now as I write this in a $75 Uber to get me and my baby back home which is almost an hour away from the dealership
