"Tim was great as well as the finance gentleman I worked with. I would have thought when buying a car and spending $16k+ I could have got a full tank of gas. It was a little under half. And I asked about filling the tank and I was told the tank will be left as is. Half more of a tank was probably $30. Also they said they were cleaning the car and getting it ready for me, the windows were still smudged on the inside from where the signs were and all. Looked like they just put the floor mats in and that was it. Otherwise, nice people, we were a little pressed for time, they were pretty quick about everything. The gas thing just really bothered me. "

"We came into the dealership ready to buy, having done some research and really needing a vehicle since mine had died. We were shown a brand new mazda 3 and at first we we treated ok, but then we were told that he couldn't do our payment amount no way. Then he brought out a smoky smelling vehicle of a totally different type and offered it to us. There were no options given just abruptly tried to change the vehicle type, no offers to help us into a used vehicle or a different model etc. I didn't feel this dealership had access to many options to help you. "

"I just bought a used 2009 SmartCar with these guys and I couldn't have asked for better service. They're actually a new, local business- just opened last November but one of the owners has been in the car business for 25+ years. Not only was there was zero pressure, I actually felt like they took better care of me because of my situation (poor, grad student!). And I was going with my own financing bc I like to stick with USAA- I think usually dealerships are put off by that- but they really didn't care. Once I decided to buy and all the details were worked out, Frank (one of the owners) even offered to show me how to handle my car optimally- as it's a mere 3 cylinders. He showed me some tricks if ever I needed to gain speed in an emergency- which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to these guys when I trade in. They use their business savvy to find and offer a good product, not to manipulate buyers. Good people. I highly recommend!"
