"Set up and appointment come in to check out a specific car, they called me 2 hours before the appointment to confirm, and when I showed up told me that they car had been sold a few days earlier and he hadn't been aware of it. Then tried to see if I wanted other models that weren't really what I was looking for. I understand if they had told me the car was sold they wouldn't get a sale if I didn't show up, but I only wanted 1 type of car and drove 30 miles each way for nothing."
