"Everyone at the dealership seemed unprepared. Test drove the vehicle we wanted and agreed to begin the completion of the sale. We briefly discussed down payment with the salesperson and he told us we would be able to discuss with the finance dept when it came time to dicuss financing. However, we were never a part of the discussion during the financing. We waited almost 2 hours just waiting for the finance person to talk to us. Additionally, it's not like the place was busy. We may have been the only people in there. After the nearly 2 hour wait, the finance person had the audacity to ask "are you ready?" At that point we just wanted to get any deal done since we knew we were going to refinance through our bank anyway, I will never conduct business with them nor will I refer them to anyone I know. Time to go remove the Bayway logo off my vehicle."

"I bought from West Point Lincoln. Patrick Rodriguez made this the easiest buying deal I have ever completed. From entering the lot to taking the car was 2 1/2 hours start to finish. No pressure placed on me from the finance guys. Also, they took care of a minor detail after the sale even though it was a used vehicle with no warranty. I will DEFINITELY go back to them in the future. Highest satisfaction possible. The particular car I bought was out on loan to another customer, and they even went to that customer, gave him another car and got the one I bought to me within 2 hours. Unbelievable service. Outstanding. This is what all dealers should be.,"
