Our salesperson (Justin) was friendly and helpful, happy to let us do three test drives and generally poke around the car as much as we wanted. The car was just as described, in nice condition, and priced right. We didn’t finance, so can’t offer an opinion on that, but the F&I guy was friendly and efficient, so paperwork went quickly. All in all a great buying experience!

They did a great job responding to my questions quickly, and didn't apply an overwhelming amount of pressure to buy. I appreciated their making me feel like a valued customer.

My choice would be 0 stars. I will never contact this dealer again. After several emails, scheduling date and time to test drive the vehicle - including one the morning of the meeting, to verify time and availability - I drove 45 minutes to the dealer only to be told the vehicle had sold the day before. At worst, their motivation isseemed to be simply to get a potential buyer in the door. At best, their communication process does not respect the buyer or the buyer's time.

I was given a list of available automobiles. I didnt have any doubt I was treated with respect and was not pressured to purchase a vehicle that was not in my price range. All salesman were polite and responsive to what I wanted and needed. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. I was informed that the transmission was replaced and given other options in my price range. I drove the 2013 Ford Escape and I was quite happy with the ride back to the carlot. I had previously purchased a 2005 Escape back in 2015. I was very impressed with the best s.u.v. on the market. 48,000 miles. I reached 254,000 miles. My son drove this vehicle another 15,000 miles. The transmission went out back in November. I was quite happy with your service then which was the biggest reason I purchased the most recent Escape. The honesty and integrity of this dealership is the reason I'll be back to hastings Ford again in the future.

They reached out and I made an offer with a nice BMW trade. They rejected it with no counter. The car has been on the lot for 220+ days but they are firm on the price right now. They did give me all the information that I requested.

The Whole process was great. The sales man that helped us was great. Would recommend him to anyone. The finance guy was great too.

Very honest people they have a very good tech there also
