"I will never purchase another vehicle through them. I love my truck but the processe took for ever. the day before I got what was called the "out the door price" it sounded good but I needed some time to talk it over with my wife. the dealer ship told me to take it for 24hrs. so I did. got home my wife likes it and so the next day I call them up and said lets go ahead with it. granted the day before I was given an "out the door price" I already had a preaproved check from my bank that just needed to be filed in. I arive with my check and start filing it out and the sales person said I wish you hadn't done that yet. I thought he said that because of some type of discount he might have missed, no discounts just exstra stuff for more money that should have been mentioned the day before. I didn't want anything else, I just wanted the truck as is. It took them from 11:30 to about 5pm to sale me a truck I already had a check for. If I had some one available to come pick me up, I would have left. "
