Sales associate was polite and helpful. Sales manager was inflexible, argumentative, tried showing inaccurate NADA information and became stubborn and defensive when actual NADA and KBB saved pages were shown to him. Car had some unlisted damage/flaws that could have been discussed but the impression was that the dealer was hoping they would not be noticed. Overall, about what one assumes from a used car dealer.

Absolute waste of time. Arranged to drive from out of state to see a vehicle, made the appointment, spoke to the sales manager, arranged plates to transport..for them to call us the afternoon before and tell us that they sold it. No offer to hold the vehicle with a deposit. Asked the manager directly if it was whomever showed up first with cash despite us having an appointment to view and likely purchase the vehicle the next day. An appointment with him. He said yes. I get that cars are hard to get right now. But the complete lack of customer courtesy was crazy. Knowing he had customers driving from out of state, knowing loan had already been approved, knowing transport plates were in place..didn’t matter. Money mattered. They’ll never get a dime from us.

O'Brien Kia was aces with info and speed in getting to me after sending the email thru the CG system!!!!!

I reached out to the dealership, which is in a different state. They responded promptly, however they stated that they do not register vehicles purchased from their dealership in states other than Massachusetts. Additionally, they do not arrange for financing for out of state buyers. That’s their decision, however when their vehicles are on a platform like CarGurus, potential buyers from other states will see their vehicles for sale.

Everyone at Pride Kia was great and easy to deal with. Very timely responses via emails.
