"If you want the typical car buying experience where the dealer is dishonest and says anything to get you in the dealership, then this is the dealership for you. I traveled a long way after a dealer said a vehicle was in pristine condition only to find out that it was scratched up everywhere, damaged trunk lock, misaligned bumper where it looked like it was in a fender bender, and scratches inside including the roof. They didnt' have much to say and just apologized for me wasting my time in driving all the way out there even after I made clear that I wasn't about playing games and was ready to buy. Unprofessional dealership. Keep looking elsewhere. You won't regret it."

"I set up an appointment with a sales person to see and test drive a vehicle that was listed on your and the dealer website; however, when I drove 30 miles the next day to the dealership, the vehicle was already sold. The vehicle was listed on the site but had been sold. I drove 60 miles round trip for nothing; wasted time and gas. I will not pursue this route again."

"I spoke with a salesman there and gave him a heads up during the week that I was coming on Saturday because it was a 6 hour round trip drive. The salesman informed me that the car was in excellent "turn key" condition. When I got there I was immediately unimpressed, for starters - the previous owner's dog hair hadn't even been vacuumed out and the accumulated brake dust hadn't been wiped off the rims. Both easy fixes but not the way to impress a buyer. I test drove it anyways and noticed it pulled to the right, which I know is fixable but the salesman tried to tell me the car drove as straight as an arrow it was just the crowning of the roads in Maryland!! But the real kicker was the back seat had about 16 large scratches in the leather upholstery and that was never mentioned prior to my arrival. I told the salesman I wasn't interested, returned the key. He went to talk to his manager and the best he could do was take off $200!! That wouldn't fix half the back seat much less pay for the wheel alignment or detailing. Obviously Darcars in Waldorf isn't hungry for a sale."

"dealer never responded. i called. he said he would call me right back, in a few minutes. He never called back. Then i get email from sales mgr. I told him what happened. i asked best price, he didnt budge. oh well, i guess the economy is turning around? I have never had a sales mgr not negotiate. still searching. this dealer is not on his game!"
