Prompt reply to original inquiry, but took three days to get an updated OTD price from them. By that time I had already moved on with other cars/dealers.

They insist on junk add ons and have excessive fees. Sales person was argumentative and I was forced to hang up abruptly. Add-ons are high profit for the dealer and of no value to the buyer. I will always walk away from the table when a dealer resorts to these tactics and refused to take them off. These are optional.

I purchased this car online! I dealt with Chris (salesman) & Christina (finance manager). Chris was somewhat friendly OTP but Christina was aggressive and an overtalker! Chris did a video walk around and inside view for me. He spoke very highly of the vehicle. Vehicle shipped! Once rec’d the vehicle had 2 significant paint nicks that the shipper verif’d that were on the vehicle at time of pickup (pics to show) also the washer fluid motor is not working and a warning light indicator was on dash already for low tire. I called about the issues and spoke with Chris and he stated “They dropped the ball in service & to send pics of the nicks!” The car is still under manufacture warranty but how as a salesperson you’ll leave those things unattended, especially when an emission or safety inspection is probably needed. Also I didn’t receive either emission nor safety inspection to get car inspected. This dealership has some MISLEADING & AGGRESSIVE indviduals who work for them.

I had a horrible experience at this dealership. The car on the ad looked great compared to the car that the dealer showed which was in horrible condition. The car that I was shown had not been cleaned, scratched up wheels, and the front bumper had visible damage underneath. The sales manager came out and gave us an excuse that they had been busy so the car was not in the condition that we expected when we e arrived. Very unprofessional. No accountability. Dishonest advertising.
