Hyundai dealerships near me (Florence, KY)

Just left dealership! Only positive, called ahead and Natasha brought car to front of lot expecting us. As soon as I walked up to vehicle I noticed hail damage on hood and roof areas as well as multiple scratches/chips in paint that should have been visible from pics listed, esp the scratches on passenger side front bumper. Vehicle was dusty inside and out. Should have been detailed/wiped down at least, considering our expected 1 1/2 travel time. Would not expect to see a vehicle with such damage listed!

The Dealer took 7 hours to get back with me on a counter offer price and I had to call them back. The day I came to look at it I told them I would be there in 15 minutes and when I got there they were backing the truck in and it looked like it had been sprayed with a hose and when I got the keys they told me it was just washed. When I looked closer at the truck I was able to wipe my hand on it and had black residue on my hand and their was dirt on the outside of the truck so obviously it wasn't washed (they lied about it). My wonderful salesman ,Gabe, took forever to get back with me with a counter offer before I drove down and he had forgot to mention that the truck was smoked in and when it was obvious it was smoked in he played dumb like he couldn't smell it. Needless to say I wasted 2.5 hours of my life and they won't be getting any business from me. Buyer beware.

The question I asked was, were you contacted by the dealership? The answer is yes I was but by no less than five sales people. Then I started to get at least three or more emails and phone calls a day. I was going to purchase this vehicle, but with that kind of high pressure, sales tactics, and a review of the Carfax information there seem to be another reason they wanted to get this vehicle off their lot fast. Made me start to wonder what was actually wrong with this car.

One of the worst experiences ever After impacting my credit , and they literally tried to rob my pocket Everybody needs to be careful This car needs at least 3-4k in repairs Other than that its not safe to drive The environment in this dealership is suck And no one ever went in and left without bad experience with them They not gotta last long their !
