"Family Hyundai responded to me very promptly. I contacted them tuesday got a call an hour later came in thursday to check out the car and walked out with it the same night. They worked with me on the price as well as my apr. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Derrick is very helpful and took his time to help me. The entire team stayed about an hour and a half past closing to help me (though i think any smart business team would have stayed to close a deal). Great place. Great people. -Signed a real car buyer and not one of their staff fluffing their ratings."

"There is a picture of a 2011 Lincoln town car on car gurus, after driving 1 hour to see it I realize that the one on the lot had a cloth top/while the picture showed it as a hard top...it was NOT the same car as in the picture...I just walked away and ended up buying a Lincoln at Ogden Lincoln"

I had the sale manager walk around the car several times he said the car was in great shape no rock chip,dents or body damage When I got there 2 hours later there were scratches every where body damage in the rear and they still tried to tell me the damage could be repaired I told the if I wanted to by a wreck I could of bought one closer to home What A POOR DEALER looking for your Money Only what a scam Dealership. "I purchased a 2006 Honda Element and Jimmy Jung was very helpfull not to mention he wasn't your typical "salesman" which was very refreshing . The mechanics aren't exactly up to par as they forgot to tighten the terminals to my battery causing it to lose power while driving and forgot to put back some special screws to a component on the vehicle that would have caused a problem had not my mechanic noticed . "

"If I could rate this dealer with NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. I made an appointment and drove over an hour to see a car that had been vandalized in their lot and I could not even drive it. The sales guy then tried to sell me a car I had no interest in. Felt competely duped. They don't care about the customer. All they care about is your money. Don't trust this dealer!!!"
