"This was the worst Honda dealership I visited on my car buying journey. The used CR-V I test drove pulled to the right very badly. At first, the salesman tried to pressure me into buying it promising Honda would fix everything after the sale (yeah right). Next, they tried to convince me that three other buyers were waiting at that moment to buy that car. When I said go ahead and sell it to someone else, then suddenly there were no other buyers interested in that particular car. When I decided to look at their new cars, I was told that every car on the lot had a $2000 protection package added to it because they needed to increase the price of the car to ensure they made money on each transaction. When I questioned this, I was told every Honda dealership does that. Since then I have visited a few other dealerships and they do not add unnecessary options to their cars to force the buyer to pay more than they really need. Bottom line, this dealership operates with high pressure sales, scare tactics and techniques that force the consumer to pay much more than they really need to for a reliable car. Buyer beware. Avoid Capitol Honda at all costs."
