Sales staff very knowledgeable, helpful exceeded my expectations

Horrible experience. I booked an appointment to check out a Toyota Tacoma had a very good price and I called the very next morning to confirm my appointment and to give the description of the car and then saying that they will see me later on that day. That is implying to meet at the car is still there and so I drove two hours to go check it out when I got to the dealership the same Toyota in my description was out front with a sold sign on it. So I go inside the dealership and I told him that I’m here to check out a certain type of car and they check on the phone number and the dealer went to walk outside is like we sold it last night. I then explain to him that I called this morning making sure that the car was still here and he said that it was. They then continued to tell me that they would like me to check out other cars and I said no and I went back home after driving two hours to go to the car dealership.

Everyone at the dealership was exceptional. Wiil go back to purchase another vehicle soon.

Excellent customer service by Mr. Ron Vinas. He has absolute knowledge of the vehicle esp the technical ones. Bought a nice 2020 Honda Pilot. Will recommend Mr. Ron Vinas anytime.

Responded quickly and got a good deal but could not take as my personal business became the priority.

I was in contact with the salesperson Alexis this morning. While at lunch, I made arrangements to see the vehicle I was interested in between 1:30-2pm. I arrived at the dealership at 1:35pm and was informed that they had to go and pick up the vehicle at their service lot. I waited for about a half hour only to be told that the vehicle was locked and unretrievable at their service lot. No sorry, and Alexis did not even appear to be apologetic, he just made a matter-of-fact statement. I was more than happy to take my business elsewhere.

Tom Redd and Jose Chichipa were excellent communicators. They continue to follow up with me on other options to try and get me within my budget.
