"Was made to go to their show rooms on two occasions with guarantees that they could get me my vehicle even though they knew I lived almost two hours from them. They kept trying to make me pay more than what I wanted to pay. The used car floor are not allowed to negotiate further than the internet listing price. They guarantee that they can negotiate and get you the vehicle for your price then cannot deliver. They make you call your insurance to add the vehicle even before you go through financing; you then do not meet their tier one level and cannot get the vehicle at your price range. While there I over heard other customers arguing with sales people and realized I was not the only unsatisfied customer."

"This Internet sales girls had no idea what was going on. They told me the car was still available, and when i spoke to the finance guy and an actual salesman the car was sold. Filled the online credit app out and online appraisal for my trade and they never even received it, thank god i didn't take the 2 hour ride. I purchased the car from a real reputable Honda dealer ."
