Dealers were nice although when I got there for my appointment they brought the wrong car out and I was told the actual car I wanted was sold so drove 45 min for nothing

Prompt, thorough response. I didn't purchase the vehicle but the staff was great, price was good.

People did not call back salesman fought amongst each other I deal with reached with a manager the salesman that was initially involved got upset because his commission was lower so blocked the sale they care more about a commission than they do a customer

After ongoing communication with Rick HendrickBuick, I arrived to test drive the vehicle. After waiting for Devon to bring the vehicle to the front (even though it should have been waiting for my arrival) no vehicle. Devon stated it had been sold. I drove 30 miles for naught. Poor customer service experience.
