I contacted Peppers Ford in regards to the 2020 Honda listed here. Shane Fowler called me back quickly & offered to have this car transferred to a closer lot. He was pleasant & helpful. I called him back saying that after serious thought, this was over our budget. It was to be a graduation gift. I love the car but need to stay within my $20,000. budget. Thanks for your help.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If they don't want your business, they should just say it. First experience.....I told they wouldn't finance any vehicle under 6,000. Second experience.....I went in to see a certain vehicle, was refused and shown the raggedy vehicles in the garage area. Went through CarGurus and my own finance company and they wouldn't send any veicle info to the finance company. DJ, instead called me and said I got approved for financing through them. I received several phone calls confirming to come by after my shift. We had agreed to meet at 5pm and he called about 30 minutes before I got off to tell me he had sold the vehicle, but I could "look" at a few other cars. No thanks. I will do business elsewhere.
