I had several people from the dealership contact me stating the vehicle was still available and inquired when I might be able to view and test drive it. One salesperson even emailed me a video standing next to the vehicle.

Overall a good experience but mileage was 1100 not 32 like advertised because it was used as a loaner which was not disclosed until I was there and asked. Overall the salesman was very helpful and responsive.

Shelby should sell online. She is the only response I received. Shelby did not elaborate on my questions and no sales person ever respnded. Shelby stated email got lost. That must have been 3 times. Not good customer service.

Bought 2018 Ford Edge, Aldo the sales manager made our purchase very Pleasant. Fixed 2 major cosmetic issues with 0 arguments before the sale in very fast time frame. We had a small issue after the sale. Aldo immediately Called me back personally within 10 minutes of leaving him a message and offered to bring me a demo while they take mine and fix the small issue even though I was 45 minutes away. Flawless Customer service and our purchase took less then 2 hours we were in and out.

I messaged with someone for a couple emails in a day then I was ghosted after email a couple times I gave up.

Yeah it was cool bought a car didn’t take to long. Highly recommend if you’re serious about buying a car

Ran a hard hit to my credit without discussing what I was able to do down payment wise and if I was wanting to take it further. Then never responded after I complained. Extremely pushy and also rude via email communication.
