Great sales team. Hopefully get a chance to do business with them again.

I reached out by email for information on a vehicle and they didn’t respond. Finally called them, drove a ways to see the vehicle, had a few concerns and they stated they would look at it and get back to us they never did. Called again to ask about the vehicle and they basically said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. If they did look at it they couldn’t be flexible on price. The one man was quite rude and they are not good a communicating. Wouldn’t recommend them. Apparently they don’t care about customer service.

Excellent customer service! The dealer is looking for the right vehicle for me and has stayed within weekly contact making sure I know they have not forgotten about me! I will continue to wait for them to get what I want because this to me shows they absolutely care about their customers!! Thank you Bidleman Ford and I look forward to working with you.
