Great communication at first, but after setting an appointment to drive the 2 hours to buy, they replied and said they had “pre-sold” the vehicle and accidentally never knew or told me. They apologized, but this soured my experience. After seeing another vehicle there a few days later and reaching out, a salesperson never got in touch with me.

After communicating over the phone and relaying to the sales Representative (Jesse Whittler) internet sales confirmed that the truck was a crew cab 4wd with a 6’ + bed we made our long trip to Folsom. When arriving he shows me two other 2023 Ram trucks with a 5’7” bed. I showed him the all the text and window sticker of the correct 2024 but had no understanding what happened. Definitely unprofessional and would never recommend this company.

WARNING: CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORTS: My girlfriend and I went into the dealership to inquire about a car. After a brief discussion w/the sales rep, Cameron (manager) took over the conversation. I advised him I had a preapproval letter from my bank (I still have proof, because they asked me to email them a copy of the message.) He asked me to fill out some information so they could confirm my preapproval status. (My mistake.) I stopped Cameron before he left the sales desk and asked him directly, “You are not running my credit, right?” After mumbling a few things, he said, “No. Since you are already preapproved, they should have your information, so they will not have to run your credit.” I asked him again, “You’re not running my credit, right?” He looked at me and said, No.” We eventually left after no agreement was made. The next morning I received a credit alert, in which I learned, they ran my credit through four different banks. I left multiple messages this week. No response yet.

Their initial response time was quick and concise. All subsequent communication was prompt, considerate and professional.

Good. We were able to identify 3 different vehicles that fit our needs and we bought 2 of them.
