"Not great ..on the day of my pickup for my Honda Ridgeline the battery was not dead but not charged from sitting in the lot .. the salesman seems like he did not make sure my truck was "pickup ready".. Also there is an auto starter on it that he had no idea about and I have to bring it back so they can get it working or take it out."

"After requesting information thru CarGurus I got an e-mail from the dealer. I called and was told the car was available, quoted a price and told I would be called to set an appt. I had to call them, and was told the car is not really for sale thats why its been listed so long. Its been used as a company car and needs repairs and once they fix it they'll need to charge at least $1000 more."

"Awful experience across the board. Used a bait and switch tactic on us. Gave them all our information including financials and got back the "great news" email to come pick up the car. We we arrived at the dealership we were told we didn't exactly qualify for that car, but we did for another one on the lot with 8K more miles. At which point the owner hammered on us to buy the $4,000 extended warranty which would make up for the extra miles on the other van. I agreed to buy the van at book, not the inflated price of $500 over book to get it over with. They rushed through the paperwork and have since sent us two UPS overnight packages to correct mistakes and omissions on the documents. Absolutely the worst car buying experience in my life."

"Waited over 15 minutes for them to find a salesman. I can understand this if the showroom was packed with customers, but it was a ghost town at 1pm on a Monday! I left after they told me, "someone will be with you in just a minute" and I waited another 5! I drove 12 minutes down the road to Papa's Dodge. I was anticipating the same kind of treatment, and I could not have been more wrong. I felt Papa's was fair, honest, and transparent. They actually acted as if they WANTED my business! Which I appreciate. Heck, if I'm spending $25,000 with your company, at least act as if you appreciate my business. Go see Dan, Jeff, Mark, and Matt at Papa's. You will have a better experience."
