He was very upfront about answers to questions I had, where I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of my potential interest in the vehicle. He would also respond via email or text within a timely manner and it just made me feel like this is a dealership that can be trusted. I would definitely recommend Vince for anyone's shopping experience.
