Chevrolet dealerships near me (Roselle, IL)

Good follow up and communication.

So I drop over 2 hours to see the car. I got there. The salesman wasn’t ready for me because he was eating a sandwich. No big deal. He pulls the car around 20 minutes later. They haven’t even detailed the car. I honestly don’t think it was cleaned since it was new. The trunk had all trim pieces off. The TPMS was messed up. The dash clock was cracked. They wouldn’t show me a Carfax for it. Stay away from this dealer. Shady shady shady.

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Kept nagging me to put $2500 down after I traded in a vehicle that gave me $20,000 in equity…. With a 710 credit score too

Sent email, talked to sales person, drove 1.5 hrs to see them to only get a text 8 minutes away from dealership that car was unavailable. Sold to another dealer as it is now back out on the internet for sale $5000 higher at new dealership. Van had unique feature so I am 100% sure it is same van. Disappointing to say the least. Talked all day, salesperson new I was coming and not taken care of IMHO.

Would not send pictures of the vehicle I requested and kept saying it was in detail is why they couldn’t get pictures and it’s been in detail for three weeks

Darius was awesome. I hadn't planned on average buying a car and was just curious about the hybrid since I already had an escape but regular gas model. The service was excellent and I walked out with a great car.
