Chevrolet dealerships near me (Raynham, MA)

I confirmed the appointment twice on the day I was supposed to pick up the car, they told me "The Car Just Sold Two Hours Ago" even tho the last time I was in contact with the company was under an hour when confirming the appointment. They showed me a brand new car that was definitely out of my price range and every time I brought up the price they told me "not to worry about it" and continuously tried to up-sale me something I couldn't afford while talking down to me. Twice I caught them lying to me about the current market and the reliability of the cars they were trying to sell me. The sales manager was called over and he too tried his best to up-sell me and BS me into buying a car that day with them. I got up and left, I will never do business at this dealership again. I don't tolerate being talked to like an idiot and suckered into making a poor financial decisions. I've been to multiple other dealerships in the area, this is by far the worst.

Returned my emails promptly we ended up purchasing a similar vehicle from a different dealer.

Very local establishment, does not like non-locals. The salesmen is unresponsive in emails, made to work with sales manager Ed. Was 100% ready to purchase a listed corvette. Ofcourse I had some questions about tires (like if i could purchase all season tires so i can drive home safely in winter), the bubbling dashboard ($3k fix at chevy with no warranty), etc. Wouldnt even take $500 or budge on price (claimed had to ask owner each time i asked most questions as a sales manager). I asked for appointments over phone to discuss the sale but could only respond to an email near closing and only answer one question out of 4 I would ask. Last indicator they didn't want to work with me is low balling me on my trade-in. I have a 2023 jeep grand cherokee summit reserve I bought for 72k in May... has 3k miles. They offered me 40k. Went to a few local dealers and they offered $56-58k. Super sad to write this review as I do feel they would be a great local dealership.

Horrible. Agreed to things they didn't follow through on. Tacked on an additional $1,000 after the papers were signed for the deal. Refused to continue with the sale and refund me the $1,000 they charged my card without my authorization. The proposal paperwork provided to my bank (as I financed directly through my bank), shows a $1,000 credit. I did not question that. I made it clear in writing from the very beginning that I will NOT be putting money down, I am NOT trading anything, I AM financing through my bank and paying in full at the time of sale. They thought they could pull a fast one on me. The sale was canceled and I finally received my refund of $1400 3 days later.

Prompt, professional, and courteous. I drove 2 hours to make my purchase. No pressure sales or games. This is a car dealer who truly wants to help their customers find the right vehicle. I will be back for other purchases.
