Great communication. Unable to acquire an allocation.

The internet rep was very helpful and set up a meeting with a wonderful salesperson.

No staff were of great help. Sales staff were not straightforward in selling of the vehicle. Expressed concerns with the hun bearing on the vehicle the same day as purchase and staff would not service vehicle nor did they book promised appointment for said service. No returned calls and it's been over a week. Will not refer nor shop this dealership again!

Sent email, talked to sales person, drove 1.5 hrs to see them to only get a text 8 minutes away from dealership that car was unavailable. Sold to another dealer as it is now back out on the internet for sale $5000 higher at new dealership. Van had unique feature so I am 100% sure it is same van. Disappointing to say the least. Talked all day, salesperson new I was coming and not taken care of IMHO.

Good experience car shows well . Salesperson very patient and helpful. Have had multiple contacts with him wants me to come in to make an offer. I would prefer to come to an agreement over the phone before I come in and waste time haggling. Still like this car feel its a bit overpriced based on what other options have sold for recently with 10k more miles but only 4 years old. this is 7 years old with excellent mileage. Need engine detailing.

Had a good test ride with the sales rep. Made an offer and sales representative was to get back to me within a couple days. When they got back with us sales rep stated car had been sold. This was not true as an inside sales rep called a day later and said the vehicle was still available. Received a second call a day later stating car was still available. Car showed back up on CarGurus and their website and had been marked up another thousand dollars. Disappointing that we were not given honest statements. I would’ve much rather they stated they did not except our offer and moved on. I would not recommend the dealership to any of my friends.

They were very efficient in their efforts to prove their cars value. It just was out of our affordability.
