"I drove over 500miles to this dealership for an appointment that we had set up over the phone & confirmed through e-mails. When I got there they did not acknowledge me, and said they did not know what I was talking bout..... Also the car that I was going to their dealership to get was sold when I got there, they didn't inform me of that either until I got there...... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone"

"The Dealer responded, but service was POOR (actually, this is an understatement)! Business Manager was obnoxiously rude and unprofessional (that's giving him a compliment). He made derogatory remarks about my credit and he knows nothing about me. He made negative assumptions about the financing of another vehicle I own. He basically tried to strong-hand me into trading in my other vehicle. It was loud unlike a "normal" business establishment. I promise to never do business with you again, nor will I recommend anyone to your facility. You need to fire the Business Manager or get him some training in Business Relations to include people skills."
