Phenomenal dealership sent me a few emails seeing how things were going with me I was impressed!

Worst experience in my life. I’ve been talking to this dealership for about two weeks. I live in New York and they are in New Jersey. i spoke to Cindy Prado and agreed to come see the vehicle . The dealership is an hour and 40 minutes away. I was driving to the dealership to see the vehicle on my way there Cindy texts me and asked me if i was still coming i said yes I’m on my way. She said great see u soon. I drove all the way to New Jersey from New York only for Ruben Horta to tell me that they sold the vehicle. I tried to speak to the sales manager who was a fat white gentleman sitting in his office (i didn’t get his name) he didn’t even have the decency to come out to apologize to me for the mixup after i drove all the way there. Very unprofessional dealership i would never buy a vehicle from them. If you do good luck. Very bad communication

Very unprofessional.I received a of call from a manager, he doesn't know what time or vehicle I am scheduled to see.He tells me come in we'll figure it out.I get there there isn't anyone at their valet. I have to leave my car unattended and walk in and ask for the valet. I get told just drive around the corner and park it yourself. I finally do so and I am told that the vehicle is no longer available. I ask so why was I called the night before to confirm my appointment. I did so and asked if the vehicle will be ready to be test driven.I was told that everything will be ready when I arrive at my appointment. Salesperson was very nice and professional about the matter.I waited so this salesperson can confirm if this is true.At this point another person by the name Nikki is screaming at someone to call a customer about floor mats and why he wasnt happy with their service .I overheard her say let him leave,(Me)the truck is sold.Is this how a customer should be treated? Unprofessional
