The funny thing is that I'm still negotiating and I have all these people calling asking how was the experience. I felt there was no communication there between the management. I ended going to Morristown BMW, way better. I think places like this and other dealers should take a lesson from Lexus. You feel special there. No pressure. I hear that the salesmen go through rigorous training. It shoes. "
