"Overall it was a good experience; I didn't feel pressured into anything I didn't want. The rep was patient with my many questions and when I was running into a small snag in timing, I was offered a good alternative solution. Once we decided to finalize the deal they did their best to get me out of the door quickly. But they seemed a little overbooked, since both times I went in the rep I spoke to was juggling me and another client looking at other vehicles. I didn't feel like it affected my result personally, and when he was with me I felt that he was attentive, but seems like they might need more reps to handle the client load if that is common. That's the only reason I gave four stars, since otherwise the service was excellent."
