Audi dealerships near me (Huntington Station, NY)

I contacted the dealer it 4 days to respons( over the weekend) I had to call them the first person I talked to said she was in sales she was not. The second person was in sales gave me the price and I was adimate about any extra fees and was told other than tax and reg fees in my state ( I am not a resident of NY) there were NO OTHER FEES! I gave him a deposit with my credit card. The finance manager calls me about nine hours later and adds over 4K in fees on top of the ones I agreed to. I guess NY doesn't negotiate in good faith. I would have given them negative stars if I could Note the communications I had were cordial but that doesn't live up to our deal

I went there with an appointment, the person that I was supposed to see wasn’t there or with a customer, I was given the key and took a test drive by myself, then I was rushed out telling me that they would call me that night after the rush was over, never got a call, the next day they called because I wrote a review and again no phone call back , I understand they’re busy . I was ready to buy the car or at least try to negotiate a bit or get information about the car
