Michael got back to me quickly.He knew what he was talking about.There were a couple numbers I didn't agree on but this car was my second choice.

I was contacted by the BDC person Michelle to schedule an appointment to pick up the car last Friday. I told her how important it was for me to drive 1.5 hours just to see the vehicle on my scheduled day off from work. Michelle assured me that shell keep me in the loop and even confirmed my appointment 30 minutes before I got to the dealership. I wasn't even there 2 minutes before a sales rep told me that the vehicle was sold the day prior and being delivered already. 3 hours and gas wasted on my day off because Michelle was too lazy to contact sales to confirm if the car was still there. Thanks for wasting my time. :)

I went there with an appointment, the person that I was supposed to see wasn’t there or with a customer, I was given the key and took a test drive by myself, then I was rushed out telling me that they would call me that night after the rush was over, never got a call, the next day they called because I wrote a review and again no phone call back , I understand they’re busy . I was ready to buy the car or at least try to negotiate a bit or get information about the car
