About the Toyota Cressida
The Toyota Cressida was introduced for the 1973 model year. It was nicknamed "the four-door Supra" due to its their shared engine and rear-wheel drive. The Cressida was a mid-sized luxury sedan, featuring many amenities that were before their time.
The first Cressidas were equipped with unusual (for the time) standard features such as air conditioning . It was also known for being extremely comfortable and quiet. Drivers who have bought used Cressidas are often amazed at how advanced the cockpit is.
