2003 Porsche Boxster S Reviews
| “Porsche Boxster” Its a porsche you figure it out. insane accelaration handling. Drifting was smooth comfortable bucket seat. the engine is behind you when you drive so you have a great driving experience you can feel the engine roar behind you. Accelaration is incredible with loads of torque. No doubt about it unless you live you in florida or europe its really the car that the cops wont try and follow if your pushing 180 or soo.
Pros —
Great handling awesome accelaration and brakes sleek appearence automatic accelarometer
Cons —
the roof is quiite so if your over 5,10'' your probably going to hit your head. the engine behing you really warms up the car. :(

| “There Is No Substitute” Even with a problem stereo, I would not trade for any other Roadster. Except for a Carrera GT.

Cons —
cheap becker stereo dissapoints
|
| “Porsche Boxter S” Nice sound when tuned engine and exchaust re-done.

Porsche for women.. could be a positive thing after all

| “Good But Prefer The 911” Had one for a couple of days in the summer, roof off is great and it does turn heads. Makes a lovely noise over 4k rpm
Pros —
Nice power delivery, grips like anything, traction control is a life saver
Cons —
Loose gearbox on the manual, corners = slow in and fast out, extras cost a fortune, only 2 seats.
|
| “Mid-engine Not Extremely Expensive Sportscar” Weight is balanced perfectly, steering and gearbox very exact.
Pros —
Great handling
Cons —
Too many of these out there.

| “Best Driving Experience I've Had, Useless Car” This is the first and only Porsche I have driven and it delivered. The steering was amazing, I have never driven something that absolutely no play in the wheel. The suspension was superb and the acceleration was a lot of fun. Even with the roof down I could carry on a normal conversation with the person next to me. However, there is nothing, I repeat nothing, utilitarian about this car. If you pick some up from the airport and they have a large suitcase they will be carrying it on their lap because there is no room in either of the trunks. Having said that I almost bought it anyway because they drive was so much fun
Pros —
Handling is incredible, acceleration is incredible, the best looking two seater convertible in my opinion
Cons —
no trunk space, not at all utilitarian, not designed for anyone over 6 feet tall

| “Sublime Handling... Could Do With More Ponies...”
just amazing... handles like a dream, although I only realized how well once I got the M
Pros —

Cons —
needs more power
