It's just a fun car to drive. It brakes quickly and is in perfect condition on the exterior and interior. It gets decent gas mileage and I can usually go a few hundred miles on just one tank of gas.

The Ford Escort is not infact an lx wagon it is a 4 dr sedan. Great little car 1.4 got it for £80 so it was a bargain, also has tow bar at the front and back so not standard either.
Pros:
Comfortable
Cons:
If you want to race in it.

doesnt look like much, but in this day and age, getting a city/highway fuel average of 31 MPG is pretty damn good for the price. you can find a very good runniong one for around $5000, so jump if you have the chance and are in the market for a car that may not be a pimp mobile, but will sure save you in the short and long run, economically.
Pros:
30+ MPG, solid vehicle, cheap to maintain, cheap to purchase
Cons:
not the most asthetically pleasing automobile

This car was rubbish. The performance was awful, the styling bland, the gas mileage mediocre. And then it broke. I will admit my wife didn't take the best care of the car, but one of the pistons broke clean off the rod rendering the car useless. Good riddance.

Unreliable, ugly, slow, copious amounts of understeer.

This car has given me no problems except for now the rear passenger window motor has burned out. Running at 150,000 miles and still gets great gas mileage and drives fine. nothing to complain about and hope to get it up past 200,000 miles.
