| “For A Used Car With 96,000 Miles I Found The Steering & Suspension Tight.”

The car handles well on both the highway & in town. The engine even with all those miles on it ran smooth. All of the gaskets are sealed with no fluid leaks. My big concern is with the top. It has a hole rotting in the vinyl where it is glued to the wondow. |

Awesome car always turns heads, The car looks so so stock but what i did was added rims, tires, dual exhaust, lowered, after market deck, after market sub, and 20 % window tint!! Now the car looks amazing I love it!!!

VERY DEPENDABLE CAR NOT TOO TOO BAD ON GAS EITHER. IT IS AN EYE CATCHER. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THAT I LIKE IN THE NORTHWEST AND GARAGE IT MOST OF THE YEAR TO PROTECT IT FROM THE SNOW AND RAIN.

1999 35th aniversery Mustang Convertible 3.8L V6...red..black top..Black Ford racing rims (18"x10" in the back, 18"x9" in the front), Full Straight Pipe Exhaust "hi flow cats" and Flowmaster 40s mufflers, Pioneer deck w/ipod connect, 4 pioneer mid range speakers powered by a 750x2 hifonics amp, 2 12" Kicker L7s powered by a Kicker ZX1000.1 amp( and yea it hits hard) Halo L.E.D headlights and Altezza Tinted taillights...and the best mod of all...........................................THE DRIVER

Great car. Was in an accident, rear ended on I-95, the airbags deployed, it was totaled--the frame was damaged, but it did what it was supposed to!

The 99 Mustang's V6 lacks a lot of power for a 3.8 liter. Ford could of had tuned it a little better. Exhaust system kills a lot of the fuel economy and horsepower. If you decide to buy one, change your intake, exhaust, get your catalytic converter straight piped, and get yourself an E.C.U. chip. After all of this you should have a good amount of horsepower that should beat any other V6 out there.
Pros:
Good engine response at high RPM.
Cons:
Check engine light, fuel economy, horrid 0-60MPH time.
