2001 Ford Mustang GT Premium Convertible Reviews
| “Longest I've Owned A Car” I used to change cars like I did underwear. I actually had this car for 6 years; a VERY long time for me. When I moved to California, I got the convertible bug. Believe it or not, I bought this car on Sept. 11, 2001. Sort of creepy when I think about it. Perhaps I was anticipating looming Armageddon. Anyway, it was a great car. Not the most comfortable, but we did take it on a road trip or three, and it was fine. Never really got used to that solid rear axle. But it sure could move! Also, going to Costco wasn't easy. I got rear-ended last year, and the car never really seemed the same after that, so I traded for a RAV4. I recently got a 2002 Thunderbird for my convertible fix.

Bought a 2001 mustang last summer and love the car. It handles great and got all the power I need. That is after I put on headers with some flowmaster exhaust. Plus k&n cold air intake and a70mm throttle body.Next is going to be a hypertech tuner. You got to drive them to love them. |
