| “08 Honda Civic Si” i love eveything about my car...there are no dislikes. quality is great, everything is sound & solid. performance wise, the car handles great, has lsd tranny, and great acceleration, great upper RPM's due to VTEC. all in all, glad I purchesed it and the car is a fun car to drive!
Pros —
6 speed, great handling, vtec
Cons —
none

| “2008 Honda Civic Si Sedan” One of the nicest, most economical sport sedans. I haven't had under 29 mpg for a tank. The engine screams to 8k rpms, puts out 197 hp, and is controlled my a sweet shifting 6M in a vehicle that weighs under 3k lbs and easily fits my family of four. The materials have held up great over the initial 7k miles and I have had no problems. My only complaint is that the oil filter is a bit difficult to get to but that's really reaching.
Pros —
Engine, mileage, performance, build quality, price
Cons —
None

| “Great First Car!” It's a great car. I love it. I wish it had a stonger acceleration and some more horses. But besides that, it's awesome. It looks good and the stock sub-woofers are unbeilievable. They make my car shake if i turn the volume up to like 12. My civic si is blue and is 2-door. I wanna put some custom stripes on it somewhere and get some rims in the future.
Pros —
it looks good, has great sub-woofers, has a great crash safety system...it like crushes with the accident so its not as rough and keeps you safe
Cons —
slow acceleration, not enough horses (in my opinion)

| “Gas Saving-performance Car” The Honda Civic Si, A 2.0 liter 4 cylinder I-VTEC engine with a 6-speed manual transmission and close ratio gear box. Very fun, easy, and practical for the everyday use on the road. Only 197hp sadly, but this car saves gas unlike most practical sport performance cars on your mind. Very simple interior and its the ideal first car for the average person who wants a sports car and drive manual.
Pros —
Easy to drive, soft clutch, saves alot of gas. everday practicality from point A to point B with fun in it, the sound it produces when you rev it, factory redline is 8200 rpm, easy to maintain, cheap prce.
Cons —
looks like a toy car on the road in certain colors, cant expect alot for a $20,000 car, Manual transmission only for the SI, could have better brakes( but they are still good), really cheap and basic interior if you are looking for luxury(none of that will be here), ride is pretty hard due to sport suspension but well worth it.

| “Quick And Comfy” I'll start with 197 HP, 6 speed, limited-slip diff. Oh yeah, and when you don't want to go fast, you have a comfy, efficient civic. Bottom line: It looks cool, it sounds cool, and the backseat is a very nice place to be.

| “Excellent Car” Drove one of these on a PDI(pre-delivery inspection) at work, and the car was a thing of beauty, definetely want one
Pros —
Fast, redline over 8000rpm, 6-speed, sweet sound system, all round great car
Cons —
More leg room, but I don't get that in very many cars anyways.

| “Versatility Is It's Name”
When it's fun:
Pros —
quick, nimble, strong brakes, reliable
Cons —
rough ride, premium gas only, manual transmission gets tiresome quickly in heavy traffic
|
| “Great Ride”
2.0L 4cyl DOCH engine with i-VTEC
Pros —
Hi-revving engine. Great handling.
Cons —
None for now.

| “Si Review” Its a car that would want to make you jump in everytime and just drive at any distance no matter what. its economical friendly, yet you have your key performances that havent left the civic completely for all you motorsport enthusiasts. you still have the 2.0 liter i-VTEC 197hp engine that kicks in around a 4000rpm mark. sadly, you actually get around 172.9 hp and 121.3 ft lbs of torque. Even though, its a Great choice for a money saving and pretty powerful first car.
Pros —
Great gas mileage, fun and easy to drive. very practical for everyday use. very soft clutch. comfortable. not alot of high maitenance costs.
Cons —
ride is somewhat hard due to standard sport suspension. lagging in gear response. Cant expect alot for $20-25,0000. manual only for the "non-stick" drivers.
