2007 Honda Civic Coupe Si Reviews

Sometimes it has bad viewing angles from the area between the drivers window and the windshield.  Gas performance is great and the car feels very solid.  No problems yet and it has a very attractive interior dash.  Overall, a great car that I would happy buy again, and not a bad price either.

Great car. It's a high revving honda engine- nothing
down low, but once it hits vtec it screams to 8k+.  The
close ratio six speed and vtec make it a super fun to
drive car.  Build quality is great, not excellent. I
wouldn't trade it for anything in it's price range except
for an FA5( love the JDM front end), haha.... or a BMW
128i/135i..... damn I shoulda held out... oh well next
car. This is a great car, if you have only $25Kand want
a new car, buy it.

For my first car, this thing is an absolute beast! It is barely a year old and is still in excellent condition. I feel that I will be driving and having fun in this car for many years to come. Gas mileage is pretty good too, around 33mpg on  mine, and thats something most sports cars can't say. It may not be the fastest ever, but I feel that I can still outrun 90% of the cars on the road if I had to. If you want fun, style, and low maintnence (who doesn't?) for a little more than $20K you will love the Civic SI.

197 hp. 139 tq. handling is top notch even while taking a turn at 80 mph. the car takes it like a champ. There's a function that allows the car to grip the road or if off allows you to drift into turns. The handbrake is to the left of the gearshift for easier access for a racing enthusiast. The car is fun to drive and affordable if you want something sporty. Exterior could be better. Interior is nice black with red trim. It also comes with an Aux port for your Iphone or any phone that plays music as well as the ability to work the radio from your steering wheel. Definitely a fun to drive.

I consider this car one of the best front drivers on the road.  The key is how the components all work together.  The amazing engine is one thing. But, teamed with a great LSD and easy to use clutch, the car is simply awesome.  In the rain, the LSD is secure and confidence building. Standing starts are solid with no torque steer. Hearing the engine at 7500 rpm is music.  

Downsides include a suspension that is somewhat harsh but surprisingly compliant.  Compliant is not a good thing in my opinion.  A car with this amount of road feel should have less sway and a rear end that feels a bit more trackable.  But, when pushed the car settles in.  Getting to that point though takes a pretty heavy foot and nerves.  

Another plus is the SI Coupe is a daily car, great to live with.  The trunk room, the passenger space, great seats all make this a nice traveling car.
