2007 Audi A3 2.0T Reviews
| “A3 Sportback 2.0t S-line Special Edition (oettinger Turbo)” This car was quick to start with, but mine has the Oettinger performance pack which shifts up from an already impressive 200bhp to a screaming 255 - that's 10 more than the 3.2... 0-60 is sub-6 seconds now and it's acceleration and torque is shattering and fuel consumption isn't affected. Audi WHY dont you do this as standard? - Thankfully the haldex-quattro is good enough to give blistering starts even in the wet and it really hangs on around the corners. Mine came as an ex-demo, loaded with toys (such as heated two-tone black & silver leather seats) and the quality (esp of the interior) is superb. Love the RS4-style 18" alloys which really sets the car apart too. So much fun, so little time...
Pros —
A missile for the road, quality throughout, space and pace with a sexy leather interior
Cons —
errr....errr....ummmmm stupid dash-mounted phone holder... that's it!

| “Amazing Car”
This car could have my babies, it handled like a dream and i got 163Mph out of her in Germany.
Pros —
Everything
Cons —
Needs to be rear wheel or 4x4 drive, too powerful for front wheel drive
|
| “Great German Engineering” great car, may opt for all the extras
Pros —
the 3.2 will set you back a bit, but the 2.0T is well worth the small car and zip
Cons —
after market installs are near impossible, order all the extras from the start

| “Fun, Fun, Fun” I had so much fun with this car. It's compact, handles well and fast as bullet.
Pros —
overall styling, minimalistic interior design (only audi can do it, sorry bmw lovers), very affordable, DSG is quick and effortless, good power to weight ratio, all the small premium features like auto windshield wiper, homelink, handfree set, bluetooth, etc...
Cons —
Really, none but maybe popup navi display with more integrated ipod set up.

| “I Like It, It's Sporty, Handles Well, Has Good Road Feel.”
I'm happy with this car, the 2.0T engine is great, economic when driven responsibly and powerful when pushed. Cornering is excellent (sport package).
Pros —
Looks good, gas mileage, creature comforts, turbo, suspension
Cons —
price, regret the blue color (always looks dirty), trunc storage room

| “The Best Overall Car I've Owned - As Versatile As A Swiss Army Pocketknife...” I know American hate hatchbacks, but this car does everything very well and in style. Above average fuel consumption, practical and deceptively fast -- just flip the DSG gearbox to Sport or Manual modes and punch it!!!! I had a 2000 TT and I loved it, but once the kids grew-up it was time for a reality check.... The A3 have similar driving dynamics but sits 4 adults and holds up to 4 golf bags!!!!
Pros —
Maximum versatility!!!
Cons —
Having some car sites call it a a "wagon".... arrrghhhh!!!

| “Super-fast, Super-quality And "quattro" Sure-footedness Make This The Perfect Car!”
It's actually a 2.0T Quattro S-Line Exclusive, but the yanks who run this site don't have it, so it doesn't exist, right?
Pros —
Quattro 4x4, 200bhp, loaded, those wheels!
Cons —
absolutely NONE
