My grandmother's car. I sometimes have use of it when I visit PEI. It's not fancy, but it's a surprising lot of fun to drive. Steering is responsive and precise, acceleration is visceral and immediate. The transmission is a rather dated 3-speed and the brakes need constant repairs, but I still quite like this car.

Pros: Great handling
Cons: Poor brakes, 3-speed automatic means continuous high revving at highway speeds

I really like when i take off and hear my exhaust which is a 3.5 in tip on it and am able to spin the tires. I also love my interior and how it is all blue and black. I have 18in rims with performance tires and i love to drift with it

Pros: Interior
Cons: its starting to get some rust

it was okay. just a car. i got it from my grandma with 133,000 miles on it, and it ran fine. i just wish i could've kept it longer but it had broken down and i needed a new car. not really great in any particular thing except for gas mileage.

Pros: great on gas
Cons: boring, slow, cheap and ugly

only reason i don't have the car anymore is because i totalled it.  well over 100k miles on it and no noteworthy issues.  for a cheap car with a small engine, its got great performance.

Pros: cheap, fuel-efficient, smooth handling
Cons: none

I bought my cavalier in '05 for $2000.  The dealer told me the head gasket was due to go any day, and it did a week after I got it.  But you can't beat the prices for parts for an American-made car!  $20 for the part.  :-)  Other than that I've rarely had issues with this car, a few mystery stalls, but it IS 12 years old now!  For being an older car, it handles beautifully!  Acceleration isn't anything special, I can do 0-60 in like 12 seconds, since we replaced the fuel filter.  I replaced the brakes as well, and it's a responsive car as far as braking.  Nothing too special to look at, but I do like its smooth lines, it's not boxy at all.  I LOVE THIS CAR!

Pros: parts are inexpensive and easy to find, good gas mileage, not an ugly car, acceleration is decent, handles nicely
Cons: I have no options...I have an aftermarket CD player.  manual locks, windows, nothing special at all.
