  The dash squeaks at road speeds, and the gas cap is on wrong side. Good power, handling, visibility. Very reliable for a car with over 190,000 miles on it. I do wish the air conditioning still worked. I hope to keep it long enough to teach my kid to drive with it. It's good on gas; about 26 to 30 mpg. It's a decent driver. The seats don't move smoothly, though, and it's a bit tough to get the oil changed. The exterior has held up well.

Recently aquired 1996 Chevrolet black 2dr Cavalier. 2.2 four cylinder 5 speed. 132k miles. This car will be up for sale when i finish doing some work to it. Needs a tune up and exhaust work. If you are looking for a good beater car, give me a call.

Its a 1995 chevy cavalier 2 door, 5 speed. Bought it from my uncle. It has a ractive short ram intake, ractive front strut bar, vibrant rear strut bar, 2.5 inch eibach lowering springs. It runs and drives great no shakes or shimmys or anything its a tight little car.

Well I need to do alot of work to it and it lacks alot in the performance area. It could use some paint, body work and some new audio equipment which is all the car will be. Its fun to drive and I enjoy it everytime I go out in it. It is cheap on gas and gets me from point A to point B so it serves its purpose.

bought it really really cheap at auction. put in a set of front brake pads and changed all the fluids. has paid for itself and all the maintenance and repairs three times over in fuel savings. put a used tranny in it and replaced a leaky head gasket. has a few small leaks here and there, but it is great as a run around work car. gets better mileage than newer cavaliers.

fuel mileage..... overall cost of ownership
Cons:
not the comfiest ride.... brutal handling on gravel

The picture shown is not actually the one I drove but I don't have my own picture of it. This car is junk. It has so many things wrong with it. First, those morons at GM but a plastic radiator in it. Honestly, that is just stupid and careless on GM's part. The spark plugs need replaced more often than they should, and the car has a short in the third brake light wiring. It can't keep one functioning for a week. The exhaust system is held in by coat hangers because the entire under side of the car is about to rust out from underneath it's self. This is NOT a good car.

CANNOT handle corners on the ice... even at 15 MPH ... will hit a pole trust me... Ebrakes very well however... and drives through parks, sidewalks and yards amazingly
