 The Jetta GLX is a car that is missing in todays VW line up. GLX= LOADED. Rain sensing wipers, auto up and down windows, auto sun roof, great Monsoon 8 speaker sound system that rivals any bose available in a car from 2000.
Pros:
The premium features of much larger cars, VR6, pretty good at almost anything.
Cons:
could use a bit more low end grunt, should hve 200hp, could be a tiny bit larger, 4motion should have been an option,

Vr6 is a great engine. lots power whenever you want it. be prepared to replace water pump and timing chain after 100k miles though... and body style is pretty sexy too. lots of fun to drive.

I had fun with this car while it lasted, too bad the tranny, alternator, water pump, oil pan, bushings in the tie rod end etc went just too many probs and too expensive for parts

acceleration, interior build, road noise, comfortable

not so good on gas mileage, too much money to service, alot for insurance

Car is good, changes gears smooth, nice display, takes time to learn the buttons how to navigate the climate control. |

Ive only had mine for a couple days now and i love it. That thing kicks when you stomp on it... and the amenities are great too I mean you can't not like heated seats in a sports car. |
