Brilliant motor, faultless drive once the tired self leveling rear suspension was binned and coil overs where fitted and adjusted properly, just had a nightmare modifying the power steering pump to a normal one but once i got my ass in gear an easy swap (maybe i was just making a scene).  After that brilliant around corners and blistering in a straight line!!!

Pros — Bmw build quality, bullet proof!!
Cons — Left hand drive, but easy when you got used to it.

Even when I drove it more than 10 years ago it felt old and out of it. It wasn't up to scratch with similarly aged Merc's and it had awesome power in the body of something not very nice.

Pros — engine, road holding
Cons — costs, design, comfort, noise
