2004 Chevrolet Cavalier Base Coupe Reviews

I like that it is an automatic and that the brakes on my car work, I dislike that it has a 4 cylinder engine so the performance of the car is minimal and the car does not get very good miles. :/

The acceleration is better after the performance mods, the car definitely hugs the road better after having been lowered, and the braking is alright.  

My driver seat has a large tear on the side, the fabric on the seat seems cheap.  Sometimes when turning there is a funny noise that comes out, but nothing wrong with the car upon inspection.  

When washed, it looks like a beaut, when dirty ... well not so much.  

I generally get 33 - 35 mpg, but it gets costly with things breaking.  The wheel bearing has been toasted twice now because of terrible wisconsin winters.

I like driving it, turn up the tunes and begin to weave in and out of traffic.

it works for me, there isn't really much else that i can say about it. It has decent pickup for a four cylinder, decent value, its a base so you get what you get. It zips around and gets good gas mileage. nothing rattles, so it has decent build quality. good car, you get what you paid for

i owned a 2000 cavalier never had problems with it. loved it. this 2004 i hate it.
