It is roomy enough for camping gear , music equipment or a massage table. The gas mileage is excellent. It is a well built and comfortable car. It handles easily. I just pay for routine maintenance- only problem I've had is with the CD player giving out. I really like this car.

Pros: Gas mileage, space, handling
Cons: Not much

I bought the car recently and don’t have enough experience with it to make any comments yet. Reviews are good, it seems to be a reliable car, we’ll see… One thing that you notice immediately when you drive this car is how high you sit above the ground. The roof is may be 10”-12” higher than majority of cars, seats are high too, it feels like you’re driving a very compact van. I don’t mind this feeling at all, I wasn’t looking for a sports car when I bought that thing. So far I’m happy with my choice.

Pros: Practical compact station wagon. Surprisingly roomy inside. Feels zippy in and out of traffic. Rated as the most economical vehicle of it’s class.
Cons: Hollow, echoic feeling inside the car. Lack of factory roofrack.

I have driven the most basic model (no power windows/door locks, no ground effects) for 3 1/2 years, with absolutely no problems.  I have found it to be very durable, which is a priority in my job as a rural mail carrier.  I keep only Mobil 1 pure synthetic motor oil (10k-15k life) in the block and have the automatic transmission fluid (synthetic blend) changed once a year.  I now have 97,000 miles on the car, with no plans to get rid of it.  Although many sets of brakes and tires have been replaced (nature of the job), the alignment has remained perfect.  I've never seen that before in an automobile.  I consistently get 27 mpg on a 500-stop route and 31 in city/interstate travel.  I have been very pleased with this car's performance.
